The Job Working with the firm's dynamic corporate finance department, you will be responsible for the following: Working closely with & developing excellent client relationships. Financial modelling. Preparation of valuation reports. Overseeing & managing due diligence assignments. Managing sale & purchase assignments for a varied client portfolio. The Ideal Candidate To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess the following criteria: ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified. 2-3 years PQE experience working within a corporate finance background.
