We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Change PM/BA. Role purpose: The Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Management function sits within the Markets business within the Markets and Securities Services area of HSBC. We help manage and control non-financial and new risks in the business, including but not limited to operational, conduct and product lifecycle risk. An overarching purpose is to protect HSBC, its People, Clients and Financial Markets by helping safeguarding the delivery of fair outcomes to our customers and avoiding disruption of the orderly and transparent operation of Financial Markets. Key Accountabilities: The Role Holder will be responsible for change management activities within the Front Office Supervision work stream as part of the Trading Controls programme. The programmes main objective is to deliver enhancements to the key trading controls to mitigate unauthorised trading risks within the Global Markets business. Role Holder will be required to: Lead the delivery of enhancements on the Supervision platform through successful engagement and collaboration with stakeholders in Front Office, Operations and Technology Manage rollouts in multiple Sites/Asset Classes across HSBC locations working with Front Office Heads, NFRs and COOs Project management skills to define and manage detailed plans, milestones, risks and dependencies to drive project governance Work with Business Partners to clarify problems/opportunities and propose solutions underpinned by strong data analysis of underlying controls and processes Chair and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to ratify design, articulate challenges and drive consensus using strong presentation skills Refine and distil business requirements in order to produce finished business ready artefacts (Requirement Documents, Process Flows, Data Analysis) Liaise with Technology team(s) to ensure user requirements match design and build. Sustainably embed new change initiatives in BAU through documentation, training, post go live support and implementing procedures to ensure business processes continue to run optimally Experience / Knowledge: Bachelor's or equivalent University degree Business Analyst/PM experience Evidence of a successful track record of managing and delivering technology driven change within Markets/Investment Banks Good overall understanding of Primary Trading systems, trading products and front to back trade lifecycle flows Solid experience running business facing presentations and workshops as part of change delivery Demonstrable capabilities in documenting Operating Model, Business Requirements and Process flows Structured and methodical in planning their own book of work, delivery of artefacts, managing multiple competing priorities and setting expectations with stakeholders. Essential skills/competencies Drive and resilience as must be comfortable working in rapidly changing and ambiguous situations Hands on ability to perform data analysis to drive business insights and decision making Proactive and willing to use own initiative to resolve issues.
