About the Job Games Workshop is looking for an FP&A Senior Analyst to join our high-performing finance team. Reporting into the Senior Group Financial Accountant and working with various departments you will support the delivery of Games Workshop's performance by providing high quality financial information to ensure good decision-making capability. You will bring vision and insight to the role, driving the annual budgeting and financial forecasting processes, ensuring that these meet up to date requirements in a business that never stands still. You will be skilled in preparing financial models and performance reports, providing informative analysis of trends and variances against budget whilst identifying and reporting on KPI's linked to business strategy. You will be confident in navigating complex situations whilst maintaining the highest standards. You will implement effective processes and controls to ensure that all forecasts and reports are accurate, robust, and reflect the long-term operational needs of the business. Possessing a can-do attitude and a flexible approach you will consistently look for ways to improve and streamline the forecasting and reporting process. As we are a vertically integrated organisation you will be working across multiple areas of the business, and your commercial acumen and ability to understand key drivers within a complex setting will be key.
