An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and organised Installation Operations Manager to join a well-established company within the glazing and home improvement sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, multi-project environment and has proven leadership experience within installations, construction, or conservatories.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing installation teams across multiple sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to an exceptional standard. You'll also manage the admin team, coordinate with other departments, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and support installation and admin teams
2. Schedule and prioritise multiple project workloads
3. Ensure H&S standards and client expectations are met
4. Monitor installation budgets and drive cost efficiency
5. Oversee documentation, invoicing, and aftercare coordination
6. Work closely with Purchasing, Production, and Finance
We're looking for a confident leader with excellent communication skills, a hands-on attitude, and strong organisational ability. Experience in glazing, conservatories, or home improvements is highly desirable.
