Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Birmingham for a Business Development and Sales Manager. The role involves identifying and prospecting new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing strategies to increase sales, preparing and delivering sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, generating leads, meeting sales targets, and working closely with the marketing and product development teams to align strategies and goals.
Qualifications
* Experience in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Lead Generation
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Experience in preparing and delivering sales presentations
* Analytical skills to interpret sales metrics and market trends
* Ability to work independently as well as collaborating within a team
* Proficiency in using CRM software
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
* Experience in the technology or healthcare industries is a plus
