Business Analyst – Energy Sector
Location: North West England (Hybrid working)
E1 Partners is currently looking for a Business Analyst to join a well-established Energy company on a permanent basis.
As the Business Analyst, you’ll be responsible for analysing and gathering requirements to support the successful delivery of projects within a large transformation programme, including the implementation of a new CRM, customer portal, customer journey, and industry-specific initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver business analysis for workstreams, assessing feasibility, risks, and business impacts.
* Gather and document business requirements for enhancements, projects, and defects.
* Ensure solutions align with strategic goals and support smooth transitions to operations.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
* Drive innovation, standardising processes for requirements gathering and system validation.
* Translate business needs into functional designs and manage feature prioritization.
* Lead backlog grooming, coordinate change across teams, and ensure IT project alignment.
* Manage releases, resolve defects, and oversee stakeholder training.
Ideal Candidate:
* 1-4 years of Business Analyst experience, ideally within the B2C or B2B energy sector. (Electricity and Gas)
* Previous experience working on Technology projects, e.g. CRM, digital portals, system implementations, and data migrations.
* Skilled in business analysis, process improvement, and change coordination.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
