Job Description
1. Effective day-to-day use of data and IT including telephone and specialist third-party systems.
2. Setting up new commercial customer accounts and ensuring tariff data is correctly uploaded.
3. Maintaining and updating accurate customer records in compliance with data security standards.
4. Assisting the Energy Contracts Manager in the production of performance statistics and reports for management reporting and Boards including energy sales, Heat Trust consumer protection standards, and service performance targets.
5. Support in process analysis and identify key areas for improvement.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
The Successful Applicant
1. Highly computer literate, capable of using a range of service-based IT systems.
2. Medium to Advanced Excel Skills.
3. Capable of working to a consistently high standard in a customer-facing role.
4. Good communication and inter-personal skills including the ability to clearly explain complex matters to customers.
5. The ability to act calmly and effectively in potentially confrontational situations.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Ability to prioritise and address competing customer needs.
8. Willingness to learn and develop when adopting new systems and practices.
