Supervisor / Assistant Manager

Key Duties
* Full-time role working 40 hours, Monday-Sunday where your working days can be tailored to your preference. Weekend work is required but you can expect 1 in 5 weekends off with typical working hours of 8am - 6:30pm with a 1 hour lunch break

* If joining as an Assistant Manager your main responsibilities will be to ensure the shop floor is running smoothly, to look after a well sized staff complement ensuring that all staff have clear direction, a plan for the day and targets are clear
* If joining as a Supervisor, your main responsibilities will be to assist the Assistant Manager with running the shop floor, opening and closing the store

* A very competitive basic salary up to 29,000 for an Assistant Manager and up to 28,000 for a Supervisor depending on experience with potential to earn bonus based on KPI's reached to reward you for your efforts
