GI Group are now seeking to appoint a Programme Manager to our public sector client based in Leicester. The Programme Manager will oversee, and programme manage a workforce review. They will focus on in year finance and workforce efficiencies, particularly around temporary spend and activity.
Main Duties of the Programme Manager:
Full implementation and optimisation of e-medical rostering
Optimisation of medical job planning
Reduction in Temporary Medical spend in line with internal targets and NHSE agency targets and bank benchmarking.
Conduct rapid workforce review in conjunction with an external company.
Review resident doctor rotas to establish optimum establishment and link to use of temporary medical staff for this workforce group.
To produce appropriate data packs and reports for Senior-level meetings
Role Requirements:
Ability to evidence experience of implementing e-medical rostering
Ability to evidence experience of reducing temporary spend within a medical environment
Strong data analysis skills, particularly utilising BI
