We are delighted to offer an opportunity for a forward-thinking candidate to join the Critical Care Administration team. The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Critical Care Unit, managing Critical Care rosters using the electronic rostering system, supporting members of staff with annual leave requests, contractual changes, and liaising with other multi-disciplinary teams.
This role requires the post holder to develop a close and effective working relationship with a large Critical Care team as well as developing effective networking with other departments, e.g., Human Resources, Temporary Staffing, and the E-Rostering Team.
Essential skills will include excellent interpersonal skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to prioritise and organise their own workload. The successful applicant will work alongside a small team of administrative staff on Critical Care but be part of the wider Critical Care team. They will be able to display the Trust's team values in their day-to-day work and interactions with colleagues.
You will ensure that services are provided in a safe and supportive environment and at all times adopt a professional approach to your work, promoting a positive image to service users, carers, the general public, and staff.
