The successful person will need to encourage effective engagement of this cohort of people, maintaining compassion and hope through every contact. You will need to have the following key skills and experience: To have a genuine passion for working with adults presenting with complex mental health needs To be able to work well in a team To have excellent leadership qualities To provide evidenced based care that is recovery focused Professional To comply with all Trust policies and the Living Our Values Framework. To maintain professional registration with the GMC and a full Licence to Practice, be engaging in appraisal, revalidation and job planning.
