Job Title: Payroll Support Manager
Location: Brooke Weston Trust
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum dependant on experience
Hours per week / Weeks per year: 37 hours per week, 5 days per week, 3 month fixed term contract
About the Role
Brooke Weston Trust has recently implemented a new HR & Payroll System, MHR iTrent. We are seeking a Payroll professional who can provide support and guidance to our Payroll Administrators. The ideal candidate will have solid payroll experience, including experience with dealing with Pensions, Maternity, and Paternity leave. Experience in an education setting would be beneficial but not essential, and knowledge of the MHR iTrent system is desirable but not essential.
This is a 3 month fixed term role, full time, ideally office-based but we would consider remote working for part of the week.
The main duties will include responding to payroll queries and providing our Payroll Administrators with support and guidance on how to rectify these and update the payroll system if required. These queries could vary from pay to pension to sickness queries.
