Description An exciting opportunity for a Site Services Team Member has opened at our Britvic site in Lutterworth, Wincanton for Britvic warehouse. You will be working in the gatehouse and will be the first point of contact for all visitors and contractors. The Role Full time - Night shift 3 days on 3 days off 12 hour shifts How will you contribute? Delivering HS instructions to visiting drivers Checking site guidelines are adhered to First point of contact for drivers arriving on site Accurate recording of vehicle data Date entry into warehouse system Demonstrate high customer-facing skills whilst remaining approachable and polite at all times Maintain daily activity logs Submit reports and updates to management upon request Enhance the client's brand identity and reputation Ability to demonstrate a sound knowledge of Health and Safety within the specific work environment Demonstrate complete competence in providing a safe and secure environment for colleagues, client employee's and visitors Ability to liaise professional What will you bring? Previous experience in the same or similar role An excellent command of English communication skills (written, oral, email) Experienced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Basic administrative skills, data inputting, filing Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner Proficient radio communications skills Excellent time keeping and time management Ability to work alone within a lone working environment Ability to take instructions in a professional, keen, and responsive manner from seniors and line managers Ability to adapt at all times Be able to show a flexible approach to shift working Excellent attention to detail What do we offer?
