We are seeking a highly organised Sales Administrator to join our team at HOLT ENGINEERING RECRUITMENT LIMITED. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for processing customer purchase orders, generating sales orders, creating dispatch/shipping notes, maintaining accurate records, closing job cards on the system, and scanning and filing job cards when complete.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process customer purchase orders in a timely and efficient manner.
* Generate sales orders and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
* Create dispatch/shipping notes and maintain accurate records.
* Closure of job cards on the system and scanning/filing of job cards when complete.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience processing sales orders, strong Microsoft knowledge, and the ability to use CRM's. Proven administration experience within manufacturing/production is advantageous. Excellent organisation and time management skills are essential, and the ability to work within stores as and when required to get orders achieved on time is a must.
