Accounts Technical Administrator
Reddbrick are seeking an Accounts Technical Administrator with experience in the construction industry to join a regional contractor in Castleford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong financial administration skills and a solid understanding of industry-specific accounting processes. This is a fully office-based role.
Accounts Technical Administrator Responsibilities:
* Assisting with financial reporting, data analysis, and general ledger management.
* Processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records.
* Managing VAT returns and CIS payments, ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations.
* Handling technical queries related to accounts and financial systems.
* Liaising with project teams to track costs and financial progress.
* Supporting payroll processes, supplier payments, and subcontractor accounts.
* Assisting with system updates and process improvements.
* Any further office based administrative tasks.
Accounts Technical Administrator Requirements:
* Experience in the construction industry is essential.
* Proficiency in Xero or Sage accounting software.
* Strong understanding of VAT returns and CIS payments.
* Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in financial processes.
