Head of Sales Position
Location: Henley on Thames. Office based 2 to 3 days per week.
Salary: Competitive base salary + Generous Commission & Bonus scheme based on sales targets + Competitive Holiday + Employee Share Scheme
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Progevity is a start-up UK-based wellness brand producing innovative, functional drinks that support physical mobility, mental sharpness, and overall wellbeing. With strong momentum and a high-quality product offering, we’re looking for an ambitious and visionary Head of Sales to lead commercial growth through strategic partnerships, new business development, and national retail relationships.
This is a high-impact role for a self-starter who wants to shape the future of a category-disrupting product. You'll be accountable for driving top-line revenue, building long-term partnerships, and unlocking the next stage of commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and execute the sales strategy across multiple channels, including retail, wholesale, and direct to consumer partnerships
* Identify and secure new business partnerships with national and regional retailers, health groups, wellness platforms, and distributors
* Manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation through to negotiation and onboarding
* Set and exceed sales targets, with full accountability for commercial performance
* Represent the Progevity brand at trade shows, retail pitches, industry events, and buyer meetings
* Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and leadership to align on growth initiatives and customer experience
* Build, manage and grow a high-performing sales function over time
* Contribute to pricing strategy, promotional planning, and revenue forecasting
Requirements
* Entrepreneurial mind set and an out of the box thinker
* Passionate and self driven
* 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in the food, drink or wellness sectors
* Proven track record of winning and growing major accounts or partnerships
* Commercially driven with excellent negotiation and pitching skills
* Ability to work autonomously and deliver results in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
* Strong network within the UK retail or health & wellness landscape is a plus
* Passion for health, wellbeing, and the potential of functional drinks
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on action, ownership, and performance
