You'll be working closely with a team of Service Improvement and Change Delivery Leads, providing business analysis support across a range of activities to enable the delivery of the Service Optimisation change portfolio. Working on regulatory, strategic and business change projects, creating detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and potential solutions, enabling the delivery of projects to the required quality, on time and within budget.
