IFA Technical Administrator part-time Albury, Surrey £28,000 - £32,000 FTE Part-time Technical Administrator required. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and growing IFA financial planning business, working closely with our Paraplanner and the rest of our close-knit team, to ensure that business is processed efficiently for clients. About the role Duties will include: Assist with the preparation of cases in readiness for the paraplanning paperwork including drafting suitability letters. Process all new business-related paperwork from submission to completion and any ongoing administration for investments, pensions and protection. Ensure the back-office data is accurate and up to date and all necessary client service reminders in place and adhered to. Manage and maintain client records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. Communicate with clients and other members of the team to address inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. Ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared in advance of client meetings. Attend operational meetings to discuss ongoing workloads and raise any concerns, challenges or further opportunities. Skills, experience, and qualifications This role would suit an experienced IFA administrator who enjoys using their initiative and has a can do working style. We are looking for someone who will thrive and enjoy working in our close knit and supportive team. At least three years experience of providing administrative support within a Financial Planning or Wealth Management Practice with a clear understanding of the different products and processes involved. Technical ability to use multiple Financial Services back-office systems (prior experience different software systems will be highly advantageous but full training will be given on the relevant IT systems). Confidence in dealing directly with clients and third parties with ability to work with total discretion. A high standard of accurate and concise written output, with good attention to grammar and syntax. Highly organised with excellent communication skills. Solution focused approach with a high standard of professionalism.
