Ensure all business sales and private sales are loaded on system accurately. Support the accurate processing and reporting of Cost of Sales within system to enable accurate reconciliation and profit reporting. Weekly posting of all sales, credits and return of deposits. Process finance agreements linked to sales and fees. Support Support Office Colleagues, parks and admin teams with queries – Periodic travel to work from a park is required. Support the calculation of sales profits and targets. Process income cash in the form of bank transfers and cheques. Weekly banking of cheques and supporting the reconciliation of payments into the bank. Weekly reporting on sales and credits. Support and improve process changes within the business. Support Commercial Support Team with duties such as bulk billing runs, mail shots, year-end stock takes and so on – including on park if required.
