Candidate Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue targets within the Leisure/Wholesale segment in key European markets.
* Identify and engage new B2B and B2C business opportunities through sales calls, digital outreach, and strategic partnerships.
* Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences, providing insights to optimize sales strategies.
* Cultivate relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, wellness retreats, corporate clients, and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
* Represent Zulal Wellness Resort at major travel trade shows and networking events in Europe to strengthen brand presence.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams (marketing, reservations, and operations) to ensure seamless guest experiences and strong conversion rates.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field (preferably with experience in wellness environments or luxury resort sales).
* Proven sales experience in the European market, with an existing network of clients in the luxury travel, hospitality, and wellness sectors.
* Strong knowledge of European travel trends, business culture, and market dynamics within high-end tourism.
* Demonstrated success in remote sales management, including virtual client engagement, independent decision-making, and achieving sales targets.
* Fluency in English is required; proficiency in a European language (French, German, Spanish, or Italian) is a plus.
* Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills to engage with high-profile stakeholders.
* Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and virtual collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Salesforce etc.).
