3. My client is a leading tech organisation the UK, with a head office in Reading.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
4. Manage office operations alongside the facilities manager and landlord
5. Assist Facilities Manager and Facilities Team with ad hoc Tasks
6. Admin duties for CCO - diary management, travel bookings etc
7. Occasional travel required to assist with reception cover
8. Greet all incoming visitors and contractors into the Reading office
9. Liaise with third party contractors to include cleaners, security etc
10. Stock check and order office supplies and equipment
11. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
12. Meet and greet all visitors, ensure they are checked, provide relevant guidance
13. Manage meeting rooms
14. Management of Vendor bookings
15. Assistance with on-site events
The Successful Applicant
Key Requirements:
16. Previous experience in an administrative or office management role.
17. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
18. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
19. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
20. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
21. Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
22. Immediate availability is essential.
