Unearthing and understanding customer outcomes and how Elucidat can support them, gathering feedback and being the advocate for the customer. Is a trusted advisor Supporting customers through their lifecycle from onboarding to adoption. Being able to explain workflows and features in the context of the customer’s processes and needs. Can manage a portfolio of customers Drive customer satisfaction, retention and growth by identifying objectives, agreeing on measures of success and supporting plans through to reaching agreed KPIs as well as managing risk and renewal. Can spot a risk a mile off Proactively identifying customers that may be at risk and working with them and internal teams to drive success and ensure retention and ongoing customer satisfaction. Support escalations and working with teams to resolutions. Can spot and close an opportunity Having the commercial awareness, and knowledge of our services to identify opportunities for upsell within existing customers. Being able to ask probing questions to discover the root cause of existing pain points. Has 1 year experience as a CSM, ideally in the SaaS or L&D industry. What you’ll do: Own the post-sales relationship of a portfolio of Elucidat's customers, which includes success planning, onboarding, driving platform adoption, customer business reviews and renewals. You’ll be focused on building strong customer relationships by driving meaningful business value to ensure expansion and retention. Support Account Managers with the onboarding, implementation and risk management of their own portfolio. You’ll share best practices, helping customers in meeting their goals with Elucidat. Championing our platform and driving adoption across multiple stakeholder groups. Be adaptable to working with different levels of an organisation from managers to end-users. Meet the Customer Success Teams net retention targets (churn, contraction and expansion) in your portfolio of accounts. You’ll be a product expert and trusted customer advisor as you move beyond your onboarding phase, gaining exposure to every part of the business to learn how best to support our customers.
