Time Appointments are working on behalf of a specialist wholesaler in Ipswich who are looking for a Part-time Accounts Assistant to join their friendly team.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in the day-to-day accounting operations and supporting the finance function.
Duties & responsibilities:
* Credit control and purchase ledger processing
* Processing expenses
* Posting customer payments
* Assist the Customer Support team with telephone support
* Assist with daily accounting tasks including invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivable
Skills & experience required:
* Minimum of 2 years accounts experience
* Excel knowledge
* AAT/bookkeeping qualification would be advantageous
* Strong communication skills
* Good work ethic
