Job Purpose: To provide efficient and proactive administrative support to the training department in a food manufacturing environment. The role ensures the smooth operation of training processes, compliance systems, and onboarding activities while maintaining accurate records and effective communication across all levels of the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Perform general administrative tasks, including answering emails, and preparing reports. Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical filing systems. Ensure all records, including employee training and compliance documents, are organised on the compliance system Assist in maintaining and updating the training matrix for all employees. Schedule training sessions and coordinate attendance with relevant departments. Prepare and distribute training materials as needed. Manage and update the compliance tracking system to ensure all employees meet required certifications and training. Generate compliance reports and alert managers to upcoming expirations or training needs. Assist in creating and maintaining compliance-related documents. Support the onboarding process by ensuring all required documentation and training are completed for new hires. Coordinate induction sessions with managers and trainers. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of training activities. Support the wider team with ad hoc tasks as required. Key Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
