As a Content & Campaign Manager M/F/X, you will report to Country Marketing Manager in the Sales based in Telford for a Permanent contract.

What you will do?
1. Own the campaign process – From concept to execution, you’ll ensure every campaign is delivered with impact, on time, and aligned with sales goals.
2. Create content that sells – Develop messaging that cuts through the noise, engages customers, and drives action.
3. Lead and collaborate – Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies to bring ideas to life.
4. Maximize digital & AI – Leverage the latest tools and technology to optimize campaigns and increase engagement.
5. Build & inspire – Shape a high-energy marketing culture and lay the foundation for future team expansion.

1. Marketing expertise – Formal qualification or hands-on experience in a fast-moving B2B marketing environment.
2. Campaign execution skills – Proven ability to create, manage, and optimize campaigns that generate leads and sales.
