PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The primary role will be to provide support services to the President and to People Team, providing effective and efficient support throughout the business.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. President Support
* Coordinate and manage the President’s diary and travel arrangements to ensure that he is able to maximize his time and fulfil his commitments in accordance with agreed priorities.
* To organize and coordinate meetings, lunches, dinners etc in accordance with the business schedule.
* Process and submit the President’s expenses claim’s in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
* Coordinate HQ CEO/VIP visits travel arrangements including: Flight reservations, Hotel bookings, UK transportation, VIP Greetings and scheduling.
* Support president & dependents’ smooth settling/departing in to the UK including: house arrangement, golf, fleet management and other personal support.
2. HR Support
* Manage Korean Lunch Order website and order Korean Lunch (daily)
* Support various GWP activities
3. General Affair Support
* Manage approvals regarding with employees’ stationery orders
* Process invoices from lunch suppliers, taxi service company and any other expenses
* Order business cards when asked
EDUCATION:
Preferably educated to A-level minimum.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
* Fluent in English and Korean, both spoken and written.
* Good administrative and PC skills (MS Office) Intermediate/Advance level in PowerPoint preferred.
* Ability to priorities and juggle tasks is essential.
* Excellent organization skills
* Patient and calm under pressure
* Adaptable/flexible and approachable personality.
* Well presented.
EXPERIENCE:
* Administration experience preferred
* Familiar with blue-chip company environment is an advantage.
* Culturally aware and worked in Multi-cultural environment.
HOURS OF WORK:
37.5 hour week. Some weekend and evening work may be required for emergencies and projects.
