What You'll Be Doing:
* Leading EHV cabling projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth delivery.
* Supporting bids and tenders for new and exciting projects.
* Managing project mobilisation, scope, budgeting, and planning.
* Keeping project controls in check PMP, QA/QC, CPP.
* Overseeing risk management, budget tracking, and cash flow.
* Producing monthly reports and keeping everything running on time.
* Providing leadership and problem-solving when challenges arise.
* Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with SHE standards.
* Managing key documents like the Programme of Works, Quality Plan, and Risk Register.
* Building great relationships with clients, teams, and subcontractors.
What We're Looking For:
* Engineering qualification (HND/HNC) or relevant industry experience.
* Project management certification (APM or similar).
* Solid understanding of engineering principles, CDM regulations, and cabling installation.
* SHE qualification (IOSH or NEBOSH).
* Experience working with SSEN, NGET, or Distribution Network Operators.
* Strong commercial and contractual awareness, especially NEC contracts & permits.
* Great leadership and communication skills you can bring people together and get things done!
* Willingness to travel and stay away when needed.
* Full UK driving licence required.
