The ideal candidate will have a passion for student development and a commitment to enhancing the well-being and academic progress of our students. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the year group, promoting a positive and supportive environment. Implement strategies to support student welfare, academic progress, and behaviour management. Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for students. Monitor and track student attendance, progress, and achievement, providing guidance and support as needed. Organize and oversee year group activities, events, and interventions to enhance student experience and engagement. Requirements: Degree in Education or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven experience in a pastoral or leadership role within a school setting. Strong understanding of safeguarding practices and student welfare.
