Job summary We have an exciting opportunity for a physiotherapist to join our established physiotherapists with our ever expanding & diversifying Adult Integrated Respiratory Specialist Service (AIRS). We are keen to recruit a highly motivated individual who is looking to develop themselves in a specialist area, whilst forming part of our growing therapist workforce, within our bronchiectasis and pulmonary rehabilitation services. Alongside the Band 7 Bronchiectasis Specialist Physiotherapist, you will help support them with service developments. The post will be overseen by our Band 7 Bronchiectasis Specialist Physiotherapist, who will provide clinical supervision & CPD time. The post is excluded from on-call responsibilities & services function Monday to Friday in core hours of 08:00 to 16:00 (flexible whilst meeting service needs/specification). You will be required to practice in a self-directed manner, with confidence and authority. You will exercise a freedom to act in the absence of & alongside the consultant teams, to direct and guide patient care and treatment, with the support of the Service Leads. You will improve organisational agility and resilience, by delivering comprehensive care across organisational and professional boundaries, between the divisions, directorates, and clinical areas.
