The Contingent Workforce Business Partner works across the company to help drive strategy, compliance, and education for the Contingent Workforce Program. Our ideal candidate will partner closely with business leaders to creatively problem solve while still controlling for risk. They will demonstrate experience by influencing the business to proactively drive operational excellence in a complex, dynamic environment. They will support ongoing requests as well as drive program level projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities
1. Partner with Meta managers to advise, educate and influence on a wide range of Contingent Workforce issues.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional partners such as Employment Counsel, Human Resource Business Partners, and People Operations teams globally to drive consistency and compliance.
3. Identify issues proactively based on discussions with business partners.
4. Influence at all levels of the organization and be willing to have difficult conversations.
5. Conduct in-person training sessions.
6. Facilitate resolution of Employee Relation issues, accommodations requests, investigations and other HR/ER type issues for Contingent Workers.
Minimum Qualifications
1. 5+ years of experience in workforce planning, procurement and/or large scale Contingent Workforce management.
2. Experience and capacity to utilize data to influence large strategic initiatives and decisions.
3. Analytical and problem solving experience.
4. Experience with producing change management plans and organization wide communications.
5. Experience handling sensitive matters.
6. Experience exercising independent judgment in the application of company policies and practices to determine appropriate action or guidance.
7. Experience interacting and influencing all levels of an organization without direct authority.
8. Experience working independently on the day-to-day work.
9. Computer experience including Microsoft Office applications.
10. Experience working in a team environment to achieve goals.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Attention to detail and accuracy.
2. Demonstrated experience of identifying new opportunities, working under your own initiative requiring minimal direction.
