My client is seeking a temporary HR Advisor with a strong background in Employee Relations (ER) to join my client's dynamic HR team. In this role, you will provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on a range of HR and ER matters, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide advice and support on complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management issues.
2. Assist in resolving conflicts and managing employee investigations.
3. Support the development and delivery of training for managers on ER-related topics.
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and best practices to ensure compliance.
5. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
6. Prepare documentation for ER cases, ensuring all records are accurate and legally compliant.
Key Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an HR Advisor or HR Officer with a focus on Employee Relations.
2. Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
5. CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
