Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week Salary: £36,000 per annum 2k car allowance (with mileage paid at 45p per mile) Location: Various with expectations of travel to the below locations: Stafford Stoke Worcestershire Birmingham Chesire Wirral Liverpool The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, ready to jump into the role with new ideas - a Supported Living Manager looking for the next step in their career. You will be heavily involved in making action plans a success, turning around services and implementing new ideas. As well as motivating and creating buy in to change with all colleagues to enhance our services for the wonderful People We Support. You will work closely with our Operations Directors and Area Registered Managers to assist with supporting/managing schemes or registered locations across the regions depending on the needs of the business. Helping to review processes, supporting with action plans and business objectives, assisting to prepare and open new services or registered locations. You will also use your extensive knowledge of CQC compliance and legislation to help inform decisions and assist with the implementation of processes, to embed systems and additional needs to ensure our people we support receive the highest standards of support. As this role is field based you will be required to work on or off site, including regular visits to the services. Providing Support Provide interim and ongoing support to selected services or registered locations, including those with vacant leadership positions. Support the local teams to drive quality of services by effective leadership and promoting best practice in line with the Aspirations Policies and Procedures. As designated, to take on the registration of support with the CQC. Ensure compliance and delivery of service in accordance with regulatory and company standards, promoting our values and behaviours. To deliver excellent service in line with quality and commercial expectations. Escalating any issues, concerns, or feedback to operational and support function leads. Supporting the recruitment and induction process for new Starters or internal promotions. To be part of the operational regional on call, at Tier 3 Level, escalating to SEER as required. Work with external and internal partners, such as health agencies, family stakeholders and local authorities.
