Assist in change management, analyzing schedule impacts, identifying mitigation options, and contributing to change submissions for earthworks. Maintain and update the earthworks baseline and ensure change control processes are followed. Liaise with the site team and supply chain to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure the earthworks programme is reflective of any changes or adjustments. Advise the commercial team on reviewing supplier schedules, challenging variances, and ensuring subcontractor forecasts are integrated into the earthworks programme. Align medium-term earthworks delivery programmes with the master programme and drive improvements where necessary. Mentor and support junior planners, fostering a high-performing planning team for earthworks. Efficiently manage resource allocation within the earthworks schedule, balancing labour, materials, and equipment to meet project objectives and avoid delays. Provide data-driven insights to identify deviations from the earthworks schedule and recommend improvements to ensure on-time delivery.
