Your new role
You will take ownership of your own portfolio, your day to duties will include:
1. Manage case delivery, including pre-appointment, case progression and closure,as well as ensuring all aspects of casework arepleted in a timely manner
2. This is a pivotal role when ites to investigations into directors and debtors' conduct as you will be attending interviews with directors, bankrupts and other relevant parties
3. Work collaboratively with directors and employees both pre- and post-appointmentas well as liaising with solicitors on specific legal issues arising on cases
4. Attend meetings with creditors and shareholders
5. Point of contact for dealing with claims and queries from creditors and declaring dividends
What you'll need to succeed
You will be ACA/ ACCA or CPI/ICAEW qualified with proven insolvency experience.
