Job Description
As a Customer, 3rd Party Liaison Officer, your day-to-day tasks will include preparing, reviewing, and monitoring appointments, visits, and completions to ensure adherence to deadlines and timescales. You will liaise with the client and the wider team, ensuring all relevant parties are informed of the latest updates. Regular contact via email and telephone will be required.
Qualifications
* 2+ years of relevant administration experience
* Experience in a Planning role would be beneficial but not essential
* Experience in a customer/3rd party liaison field
* Understanding of and experience in stakeholder management
* Knowledge of Microsoft Project and similar software programs
* Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Previous Highways authority experience would be advantageous but not essential
