Our client has been established for more than 30 years and is a global market leader in the provision of the highest quality infrastructure solutions for supply throughout the world. As a result of continued success and an ongoing programme of strategic growth for 2025, they are now seeking to recruit an organised and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee all aspects of proactive planning and delivery of multiple projects while maintaining the highest levels of quality, customer service, and satisfaction provided by the refurbishment division.
Reporting to the Divisional Operations Director, the successful Construction Project Manager will be responsible for the preparation, planning, and logistics of temporary build solutions. They will be tasked with ensuring solutions are planned effectively and meet the highest quality standards while complying fully with industry regulations and meeting often pressurised timescales and deadlines, remaining within budget.
To be considered for this varied and genuinely challenging Construction Project Manager role within a market-leading environment, it is envisaged that the successful candidate will demonstrate considerable experience in project management gained within the construction industry, with experience in modular construction proving distinctly advantageous.
Essentially, as Construction Project Manager, you will possess strong leadership and team management skills, along with the ability to use your effective communication skills at all levels to engage with and influence customers, suppliers, and tradespeople (electricians, carpenters, etc.). You will also have excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, managing multiple projects with varying deadlines simultaneously.
Additionally, you will demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, proficiency in project management software and tools, and comprehensive knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations. A full clean UK driving licence is essential for the position, as there will be occasions where travel to sites may be required, as well as to the Cheltenham/Gloucester based workshops and Head Office.
