Job Requirements
Aptia has a brand-new opportunity for an experienced payroll leader, with a passion for transformation, to head up Aptia payroll services in the UK.
As UK Payroll Leader, you will play a key role in the growth, innovation and service delivery to Aptia’s diverse and increasing client base.
Key areas of focus will include:
1. Spearheading the transformation of Aptia’s payroll services, leading a sizable team of professionals across the UK and offshore.
2. Partnering with our investors, clients, and board members to align payroll operations with ambitious business goals.
3. Pioneering cutting-edge payroll strategies and driving technological advancements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
4. Cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring world-class service delivery in the growing BPA sector.
This role will work on a hybrid basis and can align to our offices in London, Leatherhead or Chichester.
If this sounds like your ideal next role, here is what we’re looking for:
1. Proven expertise in senior payroll leadership, from a third-party service perspective, ideally in financial services, insurance, or banking.
2. A strong leader of people, able to inspire, motivate and drive high performance in teams both on and offshore.
3. A track record of successfully leading payroll transformations and optimising operations.
4. In-depth knowledge of UK payroll regulations, pension schemes, and compliance.
5. Stellar communication skills to inspire teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
6. A bold, strategic mindset with the agility to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
