Role Overview The Senior Manager, for B2B omni-channel is responsible for leading and supporting the global retail strategy for the company. This role involves overseeing all retail activities, including store management, sales performance, and expansion strategies across all international markets where we have both physical and online presence. As the Senior Manager, you will drive business growth, ensure consistent and excellent customer experiences are provided, and optimise the overall performance of the B2B division. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the global omni-channel strategy to achieve business objectives and growth targets. Align retail operations with the company's overall strategic goals. Identify and pursue new market opportunities for expansion. Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day retail accounts to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor account metrics and implement improvement plans as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across all locations. Financial Performance: Manage the B2B budget and ensure profitability. Analyse sales data and market trends to inform decision-making. Develop and manage financial forecasts, KPIs, and performance reports. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a small retail management team. Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and customer focus. Implement training and development programs to enhance staff capabilities. Customer Experience: Ensure consistent, high-quality customer service across all retail locations. Develop and implement customer engagement and loyalty programs. Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly. Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency and integrity in all B2B activities. Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute retail marketing initiatives. Enhance the brand's presence and reputation in the market. Innovation and Improvement: Identify and implement innovative B2B solutions Continuously assess and improve B2B processes and systems. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications and Experience Extensive experience within retail management. Previous experience in account management and/ or business development. Proven track record of successful retail strategy development and execution. Experience in managing international retail operations is highly desirable. Experience within the luxury or beauty industry is desirable.
