We have an exciting opportunity for a Regulatory Compliance Manager focused on our Virtuals
and Online products. The successful candidate could be based anywhere in the world (with
occasional travel to the UK) as they will join a small, supportive team of compliance professionals
who operate in a distributed, remote environment.

least 2 years’ experience with a Tier 1, B2B online provider/aggregator and can bring a positive,
can do attitude to a growing business
Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
• Work with the Compliance and wider legal team to ensure regulatory and technical
compliance is applied across the entire product range at Inspired, with a primary focus on
the interactive and Virtuals product verticals.
• Maintain a current view of regulatory markets, by monitoring proposed and confirmed
changes in regulations.
• Evaluate the impact of regulatory changes on existing and future business activities.
• Communicate with regulators to maintain Inspired’s licences and ensure compliance with
all relevant legal and regulatory standards.
• Work with wider business functions to help define the market requirements as needed in
all jurisdictions.
• Work with commercial teams to assess the viability of new online product innovation and
markets.
• Create working relationships with our B2B and B2C customers to help them achieve
compliant deployment, implementation and consumption of Inspired’s software.
• Involvement in formal regulatory audits and assessments.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and assist with reporting, consultation responses and
other adhoc requests.
Skills required
Required Skills and Experience
• At least 2 years’ experience in a regulatory compliance role for an online B2B licensee.
• Strong experience of regulated market frameworks in any jurisdiction
• Experience interpreting and defining product scope in regulated markets
• Online product knowledge of casino games including slots.
Beneficial Experience
• Understanding of external testing laboratories certification process for regulated markets.
• Knowledge of European and North America gambling frameworks advantageous.
