Mental Health Recovery Worker
Location: Lincoln, UK
Full Time 37.5 hours per week with varied shift pattern
£12.00 per hour and excellent benefits / £23,00 plus Sleep In Allowance of £62.50 adding an extra £3000 per year to your salary.

Job Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one support to individuals in recovery, helping them to set and achieve personal goals.
* Conduct assessments and develop tailored support plans in collaboration with clients.
* Facilitate group sessions and workshops to promote recovery and personal development.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and interventions.
* Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure comprehensive support.
* Encourage and support clients in accessing community resources and services.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of support plans, making adjustments as necessary.
* Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience in a recovery or support role, within a mental health or substance misuse context.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
* Understanding of recovery principles and person-centred approaches.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Relevant qualifications in health, social care, or a related field (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care).
* Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.
* Proficient in using IT systems for record-keeping and reporting.
