The successful candidate will play a key role in growing the office's sales and lettings portfolio by carrying out accurate property valuations and winning new business. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for property and a strong track record in residential estate agency. Key Responsibilities: Conduct accurate and well-informed valuations for both sales and lettings properties. Build strong relationships with vendors and landlords, offering expert advice and market insights. Win new instructions through effective prospecting, client follow-ups, and delivering outstanding customer service. Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless progression from valuation to instruction and beyond. Prepare marketing materials, including photography arrangements, floorplans, and property descriptions. Keep up to date with local market trends and property legislation. Maintain accurate records using CRM/property management software. Represent the company at networking events and in the local community. Requirements: Proven experience in residential estate agency, specifically in valuations and business generation. Strong knowledge of the property market, legislation, and lettings compliance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Confident, proactive, and target-driven with a strong work ethic. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (if not company-provided). The package on offer for the successful candidate is a basic salary £30,000 with an achievable on target earnings in the first year of £80,000. The business are open to offering a guarantee period. Five day working weeks with a 1 in 3 Saturday working pattern.
