In this Customer Account Executive role, you will be working as part of a dedicated Customer Operations team to provide swift administrative and account management support to the companys B2B customers, focusing on their largest and most high-profile accounts. Processing customer requirements and requests, you will liaise with internal Sales and Commercial teams to ensure you are providing a cohesive service to each and every customer, providing regular updates to the corresponding customers Account Manager. Taking ownership for each call you take, you will handle all questions and queries in a professional manner, logging any issues and making sure these are swiftly rectified, always looking for new ways to improve the current service levels. This Customer Account Executive role will see you playing a crucial part in the customer journey, including attending regular review meetings with the customer and their dedicated Account Manager to make sure the companys incredibly high customer service standards are met. Proactive in your attitude to helping customers, you will compile regular bespoke reports for them to review, utilising your strong communication skills to build long-term relationships. Logging and tracking high volumes of customer data on the internal system with excellent attention to detail, you will pull together reports for internal stakeholders as needed as well as supporting with any additional tasks required by other teams. Working in a modern and fast-paced environment, to succeed in this Customer Account Executive role you will need to be a self-motivated team player, with the capability of working independently and offering support to the wider team when required. Ideally with a couple of years worth of Account Management or B2B Customer Service experience, you will have an excellent telephone manner and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Excel. Most importantly, you will have a proactive approach, a genuine desire to improve the customer experience and be looking to develop a long-term career with a highly ambitious company.
