Multi Skilled Tradesman required to work with Worcester based Housing Association.
My client requires an experience multi skilled tradesman to carrying out external maintenance work on tenanted properties. Work will range from slabbing, fencing, brickwork repairs and roofing repairs.They can for a long run of work and the chance to work with their highly reputable in house maintenance team.
Start date:ASAPLocations:Covering Worcester & Surrounding AreasHours:8.00am - 16.30pm Mon - FriPay rate:£17 - £20per hour plus 0.45p per mile
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years experience (Slabbing, fencing, brickwork and roofing repairs)
* Full UK driving licence
* Ownvan
* Good customer service and communication skills
* Must have own transport
