Implement Account Targeting to prioritize the right SMB accounts and the right conversations to have to maximize Acquisition, Share of Wallet Growth and Retention. Designing our Contact Persona's to understand who they are, what engages them & how we can influence them to buy, use and be retained. Connecting together our Customer Journey to understand the best path to becoming a customer - what solutions, use cases, touch strategy, vehicles, content and offers work best. Your goal is to successfully help your stakeholders feel like they understand their market, their customers and where they can make a business impact. Understand Total Addressable Market and Competitors for Consumer and SMB Create single Account view of SMB customers - aligned with sales operations Deepen Consumer, SMB and Retention understanding through NPS and Qualitative research Develop insights using High Value Actions in Adobe apps to drive nurture programs Drive Whitespace growth opportunities in key verticals and new markets - esp. Doc Cloud. Target right accounts and personas to drive growth Prioritize right solution and use case conversations Right customer contact strategy Extend across the customer journey into the post purchase experience. Organizing many data sources into simple, insightful customer centric visualizations Ensuring accuracy between sources and consistency across departments To draw our new actionable insights that can drive business outcome Transform these insights into segments and data cards to be used by marketing Everything you do will be modular and automated so it scales and needs minimal maintenance. Comfortable organising customer events and gathering live customer insights - Small group of customers together and providing networking events for customers. Skills: 3-6 or more years of experience in organising customer events AND Business Analytics Track record of working with B2B customer data sets preferably in IT, retail or finance Analytics technical skills including knowledge of SQL, SAS and Tableau Advanced Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills. Certifications in Excel, SQL and SAS would be an added advantage. Experience in customer segmentation, contact strategy, market research Agile project management skills to manage a wide range of programs Good organizational agility, command skills and interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions and lines of business in a global virtual organization.
