Job Title: Bookkeeper
Salary: £20,000 - £30,000
Hours: Part Time (25 hours per week)
Location: Alcester (must drive due to location)
Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant or Bookkeeper looking for a new opportunity? Are you confident working independently as well as collaboratively within a team? My client has an exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper to join their friendly team. Key Responsibilities:
* Perform daily bank reconciliations.
* Process supplier and customer invoices efficiently.
* Manage supplier payments and staff expenses.
* Reconcile credit cards with precision.
* Oversee credit control processes to ensure timely payments.
* Prepare VAT returns in compliance with regulations.
* Generate regular reports for Directors.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
* At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
* Proficient in QuickBooks software.
* Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
