Ability to develop relationships and foster effective networks with key stakeholders, families and carers and have developed people management skills with experience of resolving difficult situations and challenging individuals effectively and calmly. Be comfortable working with a wide variety of ages and individuals with very different clinical conditions. Be able to assess and prescribe care dependent on the individuals holistic health and care needs. Have a strong value set around quality and patient/carer experience. Have excellent time management skills and thrive on working at pace. Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft office and have intermediate typing skills. Be able to travel daily across the county and occasionally countrywide.
