Key Responsibilities & Duties Full oversight of the day to day operations of the home To manage and support a diverse team of colleagues, delivering on our mission to create a great place to work To promote the service with internal and external stakeholders To oversee the care planning and risk management strategies in place for children To liaise with education and the MDT to ensure each child receives the very best experience To produce timely and accurate information in relation to agreed KPI’s To advise the Regional Manager and recommend areas for improvements to support quality in service delivery To contribute to wider, organisational projects from time to time Experience Minimum 3 years as a Registered Manager Demonstrable Good / Outstanding Ofsted track record Benefits We offer a highly competitive rate of pay and access to a career pathway including access to professional qualifications.
