We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in the security services sector. This role will be key in securing new contracts to meet revenue and profit targets for our client who operate in south Wales and are eager to expand their business along the M4 corridor. This will become a hybrid working opporunity after an initial induction period. Key Responsibilities: Regional Sales Manager Identify and pursue new business opportunities, especially in the construction sector. Develop and execute sales strategies to convert opportunities into contracts. Lead bid responses and collaborate with the Managing Director on tenders. Drive growth within existing accounts and upsell new services. Attend industry events and build relationships within the sector. Track performance through CRM and ensure targets are met. Required Skills & Experience: Regional Sales Manager Proven track record in business development and client relationship management. Experience in managing the sales process and building relationships from scratch. Strong ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, especially C-suite. Based in South Wales or a commutable distance from Cardiff.
