About the role
* You'll be a learning specialist partnering with the People Experience Centre of Excellence to design, plan, execute, support delivery, and monitor the impact of all learning initiatives for the people experience agenda.
* You will use learning design and specialist knowledge to ensure our training across all people experience agendas is best in class and designed to foster a positive people experience.
* You will oversee and own content for experienced hire induction in collaboration with the wider P&C team, including induction for new joiners and those returning after long-term leave.
* Review and assess all learning needs across people experience to develop a focused, timely, and impactful delivery plan aligned with talent development frameworks.
* Bring best practice insights to support content creation and delivery of training across the full scope of the people experience agenda.
* Act as a learning and development Subject Matter Expert, working closely with the P&C team and stakeholders to ensure relevant, integrated programs with adult learning principles that lead to impact and behavior change.
* Ensure the firm remains innovative and up-to-date in people experience development to support strategic goals.
* Coordinate with external third parties for communication, organization, attendance, and measuring content impact.
* Manage specific development projects within the portfolio, influencing multiple stakeholders and coordinating content from various sources.
* Partner with business content experts and external providers to support development initiatives, leading these projects with guidance from senior leadership.

* Experience managing content development and delivery, including facilitation skills that accommodate diverse learning needs.
* Consultative skills leading to problem definition and solution development.
* Responsibility-taking and collaborative pace in delivering high-quality outcomes.
* Ability to collect and analyze management information to evaluate activity impact and align with KPIs.
* Deep understanding of inclusion, embedding it within talent management and development strategies to ensure equity for all.
