Are you passionate about driving engagement and content creation in the digital marketing space? We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to support our Ruminant Business Unit (RUBU) as a Marketing Administrator. You will play a crucial role in implementing digital marketing campaigns and ensuring compliance and business unit administration.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate marketing and event activities such as membership management, event planning, and vendor liaison.
2. Oversee social media planning and content creation for the RUBU, working closely with product managers.
3. Manage the implementation of digital engagement strategies and campaigns across the sales teams.
4. Lead procurement activities to ensure budget compliance and timely payments.
Required Competencies:
1. Marketing innovation – ability to think creatively leveraging company resources and assets.
2. Drive for results - ability to 'get things done' and deliver required results.
3. Effective time and project management skills.
Qualifications/Experience:
1. Degree level or relevant qualification.
2. Understanding of relevant marketing concepts and principles within ethical pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or Animal Health.
3. Experience in Digital marketing channels is highly desirable.
